Money Matters
Holiday costs All prices include VAT and are guaranteed against any increase unless in the very unlikely event that the Government alters the 17.5% VAT rate.
Holiday prices All advertised prices are based on commencement date. All standard prices are per unit and include gas, water and linen.
NB For durations in excess of 7 nights that cut across 2 different price bands, prices on request.
Booking deposits are to be 20% of the total cost of the holiday and are deemed to be provisional until this is received, we will hold a booking request for 5 days whereupon if no deposit has been received, the dates are deemed available to other interested parties. Upon receipt of your deposit (full payment please if booking is made within one calendar month of arrival) and if applicable, signed booking form, e-mail or letter, a full confirmation and account will be sent to you thereby confirming our contract with you.
Balances Required one calendar month prior to arrival and the booking is not final until this is received.
No further reminder will be sent and bookings will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received by the due date and any deposit paid will be forfeit. Deposits and balances to be paid by bank transfer, account details will be given at time of deposit.
Cancellation charges Up to 28 days, loss of deposit: 27-15 days, 50% (or loss of deposit, whichever is the greater): 14 days or less, 100%.
Holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Amendments Should you wish to alter your arrangements after we have processed your booking a £30 per unit amendment fee will be charged.
Breakages All clients will be asked to provide a holding deposit of 150GBP or €200 against breakages. It needs to be paid together with the balance one month prior to arrival. This will be fully refunded 10 days after departure by way of an English bank account cheque, being the equivilent amount in sterling subject to any charges for breakages, loss and/or damage, and/or if the unit is left in an unacceptable condition resulting in higher cleaning costs.  Small additional charge for electric.
Cots, Highchairs, change mat, baby bath
Provided free of charge subject to availability and advance booking only.  We have a microwave but no steralising unit.
Personal Bedding, Linen and Towels. 
Bedding (except cot) and towels are included, as are tea towels excluding beach towels. NB: If there are young children in your family group please provide your own waterproof mattress cover. Soiled mattresses will result in charges against your deposit - please refer to Deposits in Money Matters section.
Laundry Facilities
The apartment has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There is also a hairdryer.
Pets
Strictly no pets allowed, other than with express permission of the owners in writing with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.
Late Arrivals
Prior notice required if you plan to arrive after 8pm. If delayed en route please ring to advise your estimated arrival time.
Disabled Clients
We welcome clients with mobility problems and the apartment has been designed for ease of movement throughout.  There is a local company who have limited stock of hire items.  Please let us know if you require anything and we shall endeavour to sort this out for you.  All hire contracts are between the guest and the hire company.
Loss/Damage
Any loss, damage or breakages to site equipment or facilities must be reported to the owners.
Groups
Are most welcome. However, please note that all male/female groups can only be accepted by prior arrangement and must be over the age of 25.
Health and Safety
Guests are requested to notify the management at once of any item that represents a risk to health or safety. In addition, the person who has made the booking undertakes to inform us if any party member is ill and agrees that the accommodation will not be occupied by anyone suffering from or who has recently suffered from any infectious disease, or who has come from a home where there has recently been such an infection.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed within the property.
Visitors
Anyone visiting guests are most welcome, but do so at the risk of the person who has made the booking.
Conduct
The owners reserve the right to decline acceptance of any booking and to expel anyone whose conduct is deemed to be detrimental to the area and the comfort of our neighbours.
Our Liability
No liability is accepted for any accident or injury to any guest or person visting a guest nor for any loss or damage to their property including motor vehicles, however caused. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any amenity or facility due to operational or safety reasons. Naturally every effort would be made to restore any such loss of facility with a minimum of delay. If any advertised facility is withdrawn or unavailable we will notify you in advance where possible. Strictly no right to remain at the property exists for the client or anyone in the client’s party.
